1. Identify tooth type The three common types of teeth are:

a, Chisel teeth, used to excavate soil, sand and gravel in sandy terrain.

b, Rock teeth, used for digging iron ore, rock and hard ground, with high wear resistance.

c, Huya, provides acceptable penetration for excavating compacted soils and clays.

 2. Determine the size and direction of the tooth shape of the rolling pin New teeth must be the same size as previous teeth to ensure smooth installation and efficient machine operation. Also, note the orientation of the rolling pin. The prongs are available as top prongs and side prongs - the top prongs must be mounted vertically, while the side prongs must be mounted horizontally.

 3. Extract old teeth and install new ones Start by adjusting the loader or excavator bucket into a convenient position for maneuvering. Use a pin removal tool to pull out the rolling pin and remove the old, worn teeth. Each shank is cleaned to prepare it for new teeth. The teeth fit and attach to the calf. Slide each new tooth and line them up with the holes through the shank. Insert the rolling pin and hammer, or hold it through the hole, making sure the pin is fully inserted. Not all teeth have the same type of tooth retainer that holds them in place. Some have vertical pins, some have horizontal pins, and some don't even use pins at all. For this reason, it's a good idea to consult your owner's manual and learn about your manufacturer's recommended removal methods before starting work.
