please refer to the following causes and troubleshooting methods to perform necessary adjustments and repairs. For malfunctions with unknown causes, contact the dealer or a service center for resolution.
1. Difficult operation. Causes: (1) Foreign matter in the control valve; (2) Control valve sticking; (3) Poor lubrication of the linkage. Troubleshooting methods: ① Clean the control valve; ② Repair or replace the control valve assembly; ③ Lubricate the linkage.
2. Hydraulic pump not delivering oil. Causes: (1) Insufficient hydraulic oil; (2) Clogged filter screen. Troubleshooting methods: Add sufficient hydraulic oil; replace the filter screen (replace if the hydraulic oil is contaminated).
3. Hydraulic pump output pressure too low. (1) Internal leakage in the hydraulic pump; replace the hydraulic pump; (2) Air in the oil circuit; add sufficient hydraulic oil and check the suction hose for air leaks; (3) Safety valve operating pressure dropped; adjust the safety valve operating pressure to specifications.
4. Abnormal noise from the hydraulic pump. (1) Suction hose deformed; replace the hose; (2) Filter screen clogged; replace the filter screen; (3) Loose low-pressure oil circuit fitting, or air entering the circuit due to insufficient oil; tighten the fitting and add sufficient hydraulic oil; (4) Hydraulic oil viscosity too high; switch to the appropriate hydraulic oil.
5. Hydraulic pump oil leakage—damaged gasket; replace the gasket.
6. Insufficient power in the working mechanism. (1) Main safety valve operating pressure too low; adjust pressure or replace the safety valve; (2) Cylinder wear plate damaged; replace the cylinder wear plate; (3) Cylinder piston rod damaged; replace the component or the cylinder assembly. …
7. Working attachment lowers on its own: (1) Cylinder seal or piston rod damaged—replace with new parts; (2) Internal leakage in control valve or holding valve—repair or replace with a new valve.
8. Reduced driving force: (1) Main relief valve operating pressure too low—adjust pressure; (2) Counterbalance valve failure—replace; (3) Travel motor performance degradation—replace motor; (4) Adapter plate damaged—replace adapter plate.
9. Unsteady travel: (1) Tracks too tight—adjust track tension; (2) Tracks jammed by foreign object—remove object; (3) Air in hydraulic circuit—bleed air; (4) Travel motor performance degradation—replace travel motor.
10. Insufficient swing force: (1) Swing gear/bearing damaged—lubricate or replace; (2) Swing motor performance degradation—replace motor.
11. Excessive swing braking delay: (1) Brake valve operating pressure too low—adjust pressure; (2) Brake valve passage clogged—clean passage; (3) Internal leakage in control valve—repair or replace.
