Oil change cycle and oil level check Place the engine and vehicle in a horizontal position, run at idle speed for 2 minutes before checking the oil level, and then stop.

Check the oil level and add oil to "Max" if necessary. If the oil level is only slightly above the "Min" minimum scale, oil must be added

The oil level must be between the upper and lower lines of the dipstick. 

 If the oil level is too low, it will cause serious damage to the engine.   

The oil must be changed during the first maintenance of a new car, and the oil should be changed every 10,000 km thereafter.

Excessive oil level will cause:

 *Oil overflow. 

*Increased oil temperature. 

 *Foam. *Increased air content in the oil leads to bearing damage.

  Lack of oil leads to bearing damage

Running the engine with insufficient oil will cause bearing damage due to lack of oil. 

*The leftmost bearing shows typical tin plating friction marks on the bearing. 

 * The connecting rod bearing shown in the middle is worn out later, and a melted metal dot can be seen    on the lead-copper layer

 * The metal dot is found embedded in the tin layer of the main bearing shown on the right 

* All the above bearings are from the same engine and cannot be repaired. 

 

Connecting rod bearing cap broken due to lack of oil: 

 

 
* Overheating of the connecting rod bearing leads to insufficient tension of the connecting rod bolt. 
 
  * Further leading to the breaking of the connecting rod bolt. 
 
 * Eventually causing serious damage.

 
Carbon deposits on the piston ring and in the piston ring groove: The cylinder pull caused by the piston ring stuck is caused by the following reasons
 
 * Unqualified engine oil quality or adding different engine oil
 
 * Failure to change the engine oil on time

How to adjust the fuel supply timing of Deutz engine 1013 series?

to be adjusted; Loosen the timing screw locking nut on the tappet; If the timing is delayed, screw out the

adjustment, carefully turn the cam slowly to make the plunger rise to the highest point. Then, pry up the
